What is your policy on privacy?

Digital Mail Ltd take privacy very seriously, we have a reputation for integrity which we jealously guard.

Customer Message Content and settings, are absolutely confidential, with the only exceptions of legal, ethical cases, or where the customer has requested that we access the content to assist in the smooth running service. Customer Details are only visible to the Customer, Digital Mail LTD, and the Virtual Operator (Connections), with the exceptions of above. It is our policy never to release customer information to external marketing parties. Any breach of this would probably result in the staff member being fired. Digital Mail are registered with, and will abide by the Data Protection Act.
